Barcode scanner
We are rolling out a new improved barcode scanner which reads barcodes faster and will also read barcodes that the old barcode scanner had problems with.
In case there are any problems with the new scanner, there is a button to revert back to the old barcode scanner. This button will be there for a period of two months, and then it will be removed. Please report to [email protected] if there is a problem with the new barcode scanner.
Note: The new barcode scanner has already been available for several weeks for Chinese Android users.
Multiple choice with more than 10 options
For checkpoints in the app that use multiple choice with more than 10 options, there is a now a type-to-search option to more easily find the right options. Press the Tap to select option, like shown in the product categories option below:
That will allow you to filter the list of options, for example typing in chi reveals the two options matching this text:
Once selected, press Save and you will return to the checkpoint where you can see the selection. Tap again to change the selection.
