At Qarma, we’re always looking for ways to make QC smarter, faster, and more effective. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new launch of: AI Checkpoints.

Traditionally, inspectors rely on memory and experience to know exactly what to look for during a QC inspection. But imagine a checklist that learns from your quality history and adapts to the product, supplier, inspector, and setting, providing you with additional checkpoints.

That’s exactly what our AI Checkpoints do.

How does it work?

AI generated checkpoints are activated at checklist level. This means you decide which checklists should use AI by enabling the feature individually. To apply AI checkpoints, simply click the icon shown below:

Once AI checkpoints have been enabled for a checklist, you're all set. The AI generated checkpoints will automatically be applied to any inspections using that checklist. These checkpoints will be marked with a dedicated icon, making them easy to identify. Each one is generated based solely on your historical data and will include reference images from past defects to clearly illustrate what was previously found.

How to get access

AI checkpoints have been used by selected customers for a few months already, and it is now available for all customers to use.

In order to see this option in the checklist, it needs to be turned on for your organization (we want to ensure your organization is prepared to use it, so it is not automatically added at this point). Ask your Qarma admin to turn it on by sending an email to [email protected].
