Data export

Audit data often has a life outside of Qarma: supplier scorecards, ESG and compliance reporting, BI dashboards and follow-up in ERP and sourcing systems. We have now released a new version of the audit and corrective action export that includes much more of the data you see in the app.

You find it on the export data page as before. Under Additional data you choose which sheets to include: Checkpoints, Corrective actions and the new Non-conformities sheet.

What's new

Audits

• Audit score

• Approval flow and watchers

• Full history and comments, including replies

Checkpoints

• Comments on checkpoints, including replies

Non-conformities (new sheet)

• One row per non-conformity with severity, finding, non-conformity type (code and title), the audit and checkpoint it belongs to, and links to attached photos and files

Corrective actions

• Supplier name and number, production unit name and number

• The linked non-conformity

• Resolution text and links to evidence files

• Close date and the person who approved the corrective action (the person who actually approved it, not only the assigned approver)

• Full history and comments

History and comments are exported in a structured (JSON) format, so they can be processed further in other systems.

Corrective actions closed after the audit period

Until now, corrective actions were exported only through the audits in the selected date range. If an audit from 2024 had a corrective action that was closed today, it was not included unless the date range went all the way back to 2024.

The export now also includes every corrective action where the creation, resolution or approval date falls within the selected period, even when the audit itself is outside it.

Include deleted audits and corrective actions

A new option lets you include deleted audits and corrective actions in the export. When it is selected, a Deleted column shows which rows have been deleted. This is useful when the export is used to keep another system in sync with Qarma.

Data API

If you receive audit data through the API or as a scheduled data transfer, nothing changes in your setup until you let us know: your integration keeps receiving the current version of the data until you ask us to switch to the updated version.

We expect to deprecate the current version mid 2027 - a separate notice will be sent on this.
