We have released step 1 in our effort to improve the follow-up actions that are often needed after an audit or survey. Whenever data on a checkpoint raises questions, you can now comment directly on the checkpoint, triggering a notification email back to the auditor.

Just click the comment icon next to the checkpoint title and type your comment:

We are already working on step 2, which is the ability to reopen the audit and send it back to the auditor so that any missing information can be added or errors corrected. We will let you know when this feature is released.
