Released: 21 August 2026
TRACES integration updated
Since the new version of the EU information system (TRACES) has been released, we have been working on upgrading our integration to work with the new system. This is now live, and you can submit Due diligence statements directly from Qarma again:

Material supply chain creation
For EUDR, When a new product enters Qarma, you need to define which material supply chains it relates to. In order to make this process more robust and coordinated, it is now possible to define who should be responsible for defining material supply chains.
When setting up the product, you can define who should be responsible:

You can either select Supplier or a specific group or user.
Once this has been set-up, when a product is covered by a EUDR requirement that needs material-level data, a notification will be sent for the material list responsibles, and it will show in their to-do list in Qarma.
