When a supplier uploads a compliance document, questions inevitably follow. Is the scope right? Is it still valid? Does it cover every product? Until now, those conversations lived in email threads, Teams chats, or worse — got lost entirely, leaving compliance teams guessing and suppliers waiting.

Comments now live where the work happens. You can discuss any document directly in Qarma, right next to the file itself. Every question, clarification, and decision is attached to the document and preserved in its history — so the context never walks away when someone leaves the team.

In the example below, supplier Peter Chen has uploaded a REACH test report. His activity is visible on the right-hand side, giving reviewers the full picture at a glance:

Got a question about the report? Just ask in the comment box:

When you hit Send and notify, Qarma automatically pings the right people — the responsible users on the document:

Working across languages? Comments are auto-translated, so a question written in Chinese reaches your approver in Europe (and vice versa) without anyone reaching for Google Translate:

Why this matters: faster approvals, a clear audit trail baked into every document, and one less reason to leave Qarma during your compliance work.
