A completely refreshed look and feel

Qarma’s interface has been rebuilt from the ground up to feel lighter, clearer, and more focused — without losing anything you already rely on. Hear Senior UX Designer Claus Stadel walk you through the thinking behind the redesign in 90 seconds.

Faster navigation with the new side menu

The top menu had several drawbacks that are now solved:

  • The main menu has moved to the left, so the things you use every day are never more than a click away.

  • System settings separated from user settings, so personal preferences and admin controls no longer get tangled.

  • Active-page indicator so you always know exactly where you are.

See quality at a glance — the new Inspections dashboard

Together with the new design, you get a substantially improved Quality Inspections dashboard.

The following tabs are available for the inspections dashboard:

  • Inspections: Quick overview of number of inspections, conclusions and defect severities.

  • Defects: Deep dive into defect trends including defect gallery.

  • Supplier performance: Overview of all suppliers’ perfomance in terms of number of inspections, defect rate, rejection rate etc.

  • Inspector performance: Overview of all inspector data in terms of number of inspections, defect rate, rejection rate etc.

  • Products: Product-level details on defect rate, rejection rate etc.

  • Map: Visualize all inspections on a geographic map.

Product compliance dashboard

This release also gives access to the Product Compliance dashboard, giving you a single view of outstanding tasks and requirement completion across every supplier and every product.

The following tabs are available for the inspections dashboard:

  • Document deadlines: Quick overview of which documents are missing and if they are already overdue.

  • Draft products: If your workflow includes product in draft, you can get an overview of those.

Release timeline

We’re rolling the new design out gradually so users can get familiar with it.

17 May 2026 — Beta opens. Selected users see an in-app notification with one-click access to the new beta site. They can switch back to the old site at any time.

May → August 2026 — Gradual rollout. Over the following three months, the beta becomes available to more and more users. Try it whenever you’re ready.

August 2026 — Full release. Everyone moves to the new design automatically. No action needed — just log in as usual.
