Data export
In many cases your compliance data has a life outside of Qarma. This could be updates to PO status in ERP systems, transfer of DDS reference numbers to logistics partners, sharing with customers and much more.
We now support this with a full data export. If you go to the export data page, you find the new option:
The start and end date is used to find the products that have orders in this period, and then all relevant data will be exported.
The export is an Excel or set of csv files including the following:
Products: core product data — item number, name, status, image and the responsible groups/users. Use it to match the export back to your own product catalogue.
Order lines: per-order line data including deadline dates, supplier, quantities, document status counts and DDS reference/verification numbers. Use it to update back to ERP systems.
Due dates: upcoming due dates per product with the same document status breakdown as order lines.
Required documents: full detail on every required document — status, type, expiration rule and who’s responsible for upload and approval. Also includes links for downloading the actual documents.
Material supply chains (optional): material and supply chain data linked to your orders.
Data API
Besides the manual export shown above, all of the above data can also be made available in data integrations or as scheduled data transfers.
