What's new for existing pilot users

If you've already tried Qarma AI, here's what has changed since then:

  • Clickable links in answers. When the chat mentions a supplier, production unit, report, audit, corrective action, defect or checkpoint, it can now link straight to it to see the page in Qarma.

  • Better answers across modules. Questions that span several areas, such as all inspections and audits for one production unit, will now seamlessly pull data from both sources.

  • Location names from GPS data. GPS data on inspections, audits, production units and corrective actions is now matched to country and region, so you can ask things like "How many audits did we run in Guangdong this year?"

  • Users and groups. You can list the users in your Qarma account along with their roles and groups.

  • Planned and in-progress inspections. You can ask about upcoming work, for example "How many inspections are planned for next week for supplier X?"

  • More inspection data points. Order numbers, ETD, booking date, start date, inspector conclusion and more are now available for each inspection.

  • Corrective actions on inspections. You can analyze corrective actions raised on inspections, including resolution time.

  • Full defect category hierarchy. The complete structure of your defect categories is now available, so you can ask questions at any level.

  • More corrective action data. You can search and analyze corrective actions by the text in Finding and Description, and by responsible person and approver.
