Planned release: 3 March 2025

In order to streamline navigation across audits, CAPs and supplier/production unit pages, a new menu structure will be launched in Qarma. This will allow the key pages for suppliers and production units to become front and centre where they belong.

Below you can see how this change will impact your team.

Quality inspections only

If you only use Qarma for inspections, there will be no change on 3 March.

Audits and supplier compliance only

If you only use Qarma for audits and supplier management: The audit menu will be renamed to Audits and assessments. This is to reflect that the audits tool can also be used for self-assessments. Furthermore, the Suppliers and Production units menus are now visible in the top menu (they were previously hidden under the profile name).

The Checklist menu is now under the Audits and assessments header.

Quality inspections and audits

If you use Qarma for both quality inspections and supplier audit and management:

• Checklists are separated into two menus: one for inspections and one for audits.

• Audits, CAPs, suppliers, production units will now be found under the Supply Chain menu

Helping users adjust

We know that users will initially look for menus where they used to be, and we will include in-app guidance to help navigate to the right place. Furthermore, there will be announcement banners showing 14 days before the release, preparing users for the change.

Access control

If some users do not have access to all menus, this will of course still be respected. There is no change in the access control settings with this release.
