We recently launched a new feature to collect and manage documents for suppliers and production units, including approval flows and keeping track of expiration dates.

Now it is also possible to export those documents for use outside of Qarma. This can be useful to display data like status, expiration date etc. in PowerBI or other Business Intelligence tools.

To use the export data in an automated fashion, please reach out to support and request for this to be set up.

To export the data manually, go to the export page under settings and export suppliers:

In the export files, there will be a new sheet listing all supplier documents including links for downloading the files:
