Videos on defects

This is a top feature request from many customers: capturing video clips for defects. We’re happy to share that this is now available.

Some defects are simply better communicated with video. Functional issues, as well as surface and appearance defects, are often much easier to understand when you can see them in motion.

The user interface is simple: just tap the video button and record up to 12 seconds directly on the defect.

This feature will be available to all users as our new app release (version 5.0.9) is being rolled out during this week.
